Although we are compassionate, understanding and experienced in supporting your emotions, we are not formally qualified to counsel you. In all cases we suggest counselling but in some we must insists before we can move forward.
Your wellbeing is our priority. Tracing a family member can throw up some expected and unexpected feelings.
We have worked hard to build connections with amazing counsellors across the nation and we try to pair you with someone local if you want to explore that.
We take no referral fees for this from any of these counsellors. We simply give you the number for some counsellors we think could be ideal for you, depending on your location and particular concern. Any arrangement you then make with them is your business and completely confidential.
Remember that you are important to us and that our understanding of your needs is based on lots of experience. There is nothing wrong with needing some extra support.
A particular example of needing counseling can be seen here…
